Good hotel but very small rooms and couldn't do the work - when asked for food gave onion a 2 slice which show very poor service.

Location at heart of marketplace and next to train station. Not good for corporate travelers. Service was good. Morning breakfast was also very average.

Opted for day stay. They won’t give you early check in even if rooms are empty. But they allowed 30 mins late check out even in day stay

Check in hassles.

The entrance is very congested as it is on a main road. Added to that the entrance is 10 steps below and there is no help with your luggage to carry it to the reception. I booked a deluxe and i got allotted a superior room which is smaller. Check in time is 2. 00 pm. Arif at concierge was helpful.

I stayed at ginger, surat for a night. I was a very pleasant experience. A special mention for your restaurant staff who was present at the breakfast service. All three girls were very helpful. Rooms also clean n comfortable. Would definitely consider again booking this hotel

Very convenient location of you have work in city area. Just walking distance from railway station. It is good property. Rooms were near and tidy. Check in took but longer time. Check out was perfect.

Rooms are very small and congested. Secondly hotel staff is not co-operative. I found small bugs from in their pepper bottles on table. If you want permit for liquor, hotel will provide you nothing.

Lesser than other ginger hotels. Small rooms not very well kept

The rooms were small and less unkempt in comparison to other ginger hotels. The front office girl was not very co operative. Asked her to show other rooms for upgrade by paying extra but didn’t help

The rooms were nothing like they appeared in the photo. The washroom was dirty, the bed had insects, and the sheets were unclean. All the rooms had the same issues.
