Very good food. Hotel staff are cooperative and good behavior. While coming hotel staff are receiving and while do shopping from new bombay market that at entrance staff are receiving guest. This is sign of well trained staff. In future i will prefer to stat at this property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel apex in surat, and i must say it exceeded my expectations, from the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel location is an advantage being situated to key business centres in surat, this made me easy to explore. Overall, hotel apex provides exceptional service, comfort, and convenience, making it an exceptional choice for both business travelers and leisure travelers, i highly recommend it and look forward to my next stay.

This is a good hotel near surat station, the tarrif, service, food quality and location everything is good about this hotel, they allowed early check in and late check-out without any extra charge! highly recommended for value for money!

The location was easy to find on Google map. Being close to the Surat railway station is an added advantage. The staff behaviour was good. The options in breakfast buffet is sufficient. It was nice to see that they added cornflakes and chocos to the lot. Rooms were clean except for the spot where the old was attached. It'll be good if they complete the maintenance work.

Noisy room. Sleep quality average. Mobile number mentioned is for show only. No body pick up phone whether land line or mobile from outside. Restaurant boys are rude. But breakfast is good

They are not providing u blanket (like provides only chadar wala type also very echi) not hot water in was basin) even for bath they start in morning for few minutes. Not a worth of money. Location wise is ok
