We had booked a deluxe room with the hotel king's heritage and the room given to us was exactly as it looked like in the photos. The reception was clean and aromatic and so it felt highly welcoming. The room was clean and sanitized. Fresh toiletries and soaps were placed in the bathroom. The room really felt luxurious and spacious enough for the 2 of us. The bell boy mentioned that they had installed a new shower unit and it indeed felt like a great luxurious bathing experience too. Complimentary breakfast had good variety and was being served hot. The restaurant as well as entire hotel staff was very humble and courteous. We were delighted to have found such a good hotel for our stay here just 1 day in advance even though it was christmas-new year vacation time.

I had come here with my family with full of apprehensions but the moment i reached the reception desk all fears evaporated. Absolutely hassle free and cordial check in. Elegantly decorated property, very close to station, yet free from hurly burly related to the station proximity. Room well decorated, equipped with everything expected, professional and well behaved staff, last but not the least a rooftop restaurant. Highly recommended. One word for management, highly modern fittings in the bathroom needs your periodic attention.

Property is not upto the mark. Basic amenities missing. Food quality &hygiene poor. No shower, bath tub/jacquji not operational. Reception was not bothered to solve the issue. We were not dared for dinner and complementary breakfast.

Rooms ac was not functioning properly, after request they had changed room. We had lost a room key which charges are terrible.

Taken stay for business purposes booked room however main door lock won't operate from. Inside and nor able. To lock door hotel people suggest to use safety chain to ensure door and your protection how surprise that given to non use spare room to me worst

have a comfortable stay for a week , executive rooms are good, large , clean and well maintained. good location walkable distance from surat railway . wide spread breakfast , good food. good for family stay. excellent and courteous staff.
