This hotel is diagonally opposite surat railway station, not well kept, lot of traffic noise, very difficult to cross the road and reach the hotel. Very small rooms. Your team should inspect hotels and only if satisfied do the booking for business traveller. Very poor selection on your part.

No room service, very noisy even in the room it unbearable vehicle sounds and horns. They don't even provide towel, soap which is a basic complement. Size of the room is very small but it's not a matter of concern, no restaurant. There are many better options is available within the same range in 500mtrs radius.

Worst hotel total waste of time & money

Lift was not working room were not clean and no room service. Also there is too much traffic noise and we cannot have a peaceful sleep i had checked in @ 7pm and when i was checking out at 11. 40 am i was charged 50% of room charge as late check out. Will not stay for free also in this hotel

Stay at your own risk or only if it’s your last option.

Dirty linen and no fresh linen available. Ac not working as the housekeeping team missed to service it bad service. Very compact rooms.

Worst hotel in indore there is no provision of sound prof glass the noise of the road will not give you a sleep full night no hot water in bathroom no mugs basic all things missing

Average, no restaurant in hotel. They need to go outside for food and beverages. Ambience is ok, it can be improved

Not recommended for any business traveler. Not worth even a penny. Dirty rooms. Dirty bedsheets and everything. Bugs and insects everywhere

Actually i didn’t stayed here, my wife was with me and they didn’t allow us both to stay as we are newly wedded couples and our ids didnt match so i walked out and ask them to cancel the booking as the receptionist asked a hefty extra amount of 3000 and book a new room i would even not mind it but later found in the lobby that they also gave rooms for 250 inr/hour so i founded it a shady hotel and it also wouldn’t have been safe if i stayed with my wife

The rooms are pathetic without windows and no natural ventilation. The toilets are uncleaned and dirty. Please avoid staying here, the photos shown are not the same what they are offering.

It was nice stay and cozy place to stay in middle of city area. Staff is very cooperative and helpful if needed anything other than hotel. Hotel manager also treat all guests best of his knowledge and abilities. If you want to stay in middle of city area this place is best as for price and service.

Rooms needed maintenance, staff was good, i changed 2 times rooms, every room has problems, property is new construction but maintenance wise very poor,

Good rooms. Cleanliness can be improved more. Rest all good. Front desk was polite, helpful. Location is very near to surat railway station. Bus station is also near. Have good hotels near proximity. Have basic facilities available.

1. Parking facility not available. Though staff helped in parking the vehicle just out side against another shop. 2. They don't serve you drinking water at all. Bottled water is charged, if u require. 3. Less staff. 4. Staff not attentive to guests request. For an extra bed even after calling thrice, one has to go personally to reception and requests for the same. Staff was busy on phones. 5. Had to ask for towel and bathroom supplies. 6. Linen was unclean and bathroom supplies means only a soap. 7. Staff enters with shoes on for making the bed. 8. Even though rooms seem to be renovated most recently, many aspects still not looked after. 9. A. C. Was not cooling the entire room properly. All in all a very bad experience.

The renovation or repair work was going on rooms were dusty. If work is going on than either hotel should be closed or the rooms needed to be cleaned frequently so customer should not suffer. Also you can not charge regular room rates in such compromised stay condition. Than giving rooms with ongoing work could still be justified.
