When i checked-in at the hotel room i found lots of ladies hair everywhere in the room. Also i asked to send someone for the tv no one has come on the same day. The breakfast room is occupied by pigeon. You will get pigeon smell at breakfast time.

Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Service wise hotel is good. Breakfast served is delicious worth staying as per cost. I would give a 4 star to this hotel.

Stay was pleasant and staff was very helpful. Food was good also would like to stay again if wil be in surat.

Service quality can be made better. The hotel staff seems very unaware of amenities in the rooms, and we were given rooms where the tv was not functional, nor was the ac initially. The ac got fixed, but the tv was not. When asked for a clean blanket, we got a yellow stained blanket that smelled quite bad. Except for the above, it's a pretty livable hotel, near to the station for quick travel needs. Won't recommend to go with a family with elders though, the lift is rickety.

Royat treat is very good hotel. Ambience is fantastic. Rooms are small and very less space remained other than bed.

Rooms were not clean. Food was not upto mark. Hygiene not maintained. Fungal growth found on wall. Bedsheet was not clean. Leakage issue in bathroom.

it is a very good hotel, all the facilities was so good like- cleaning, electricity, staffs and all.. i am very👍. my journey was so good. ganga travels provide so good services. 👍

The hotel was ok, but the lift was not working so we had to use the stairs, water leakage in ac, mosquitos are there, i asked hotel staff twice to provide some mosquito repellent but they don't have the same. Breakfast was ok.

A small tiny hotel but with all the features of a 3 star hotel. They provide all facilities like good break fast eminities in room namely, fridge, electric cattle, tea coffie provision, hair dryer full equipped toileteries like dental kit, shaving kit etc. In short all eminities which you may get at branded hotel like ginger, lords, sarovar portico, you are getting in this royal treat hotel but at the half the price of branded hotel. Service is real quick and staff is really cooperative

“Staying at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The reception staff were shockingly rude and seemed completely incapable of basic communication. Their treatment of guests bordered on abusive – I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by checking in. The pinnacle of absurdity came in the dead of night when I was accused of smoking in my room, despite being a non-smoker. It was as if they were looking for any excuse to harass me. As if that weren’t enough, when I asked for directions, I was met with eye rolls and sighs. Throughout my stay, I was bombarded with trivial disturbances, and to top it all off, they had the audacity to demand I check out early to accommodate other guests. But the icing on the cake? Discovering that they had taken my photo without consent upon departure. This blatant invasion of privacy left me feeling violated and disgusted. In summary, this hotel is a disgrace. The ratings are a sham, masking the truth of the abhorrent service you’ll receive. Do yourself a favor and steer clear – this place is a nightmare waiting to happen.”
