Food and tea service is not 24 hours, hot water not 24 hours, room was not that clean then we changed it to one that was better.

Horrible. No hot water for bath bathroom leaking problems. Would not suggest any one to go. The hotel boy has given us bucket of hot water.

Poor accommodation facility and they charge for everything single thing including water, tea, coffee, bathroom also dirty, phone not working so they provided mobile number to call. Ac making sound, ac performance was also poor. Towels provided were thin and old. Better to try ginger hotel at this rate.

Washrooms gates were not closing very terrible experience, arrogant staff no facilities should be removed from mmt the hotel is only working because people have to give exam in front of their hotel

The location of this hotel is good, it is easily accessible by bus or auto. It takes 25 mins to reach there from both surat railway station and airport. It is especially convenient for those who have to attend any exam at tics ion digital zone unn since it is just across the road from the hotel. It has a restaurant right below serving decent food. The walls of the hotel room were a bit damaged due to seepage. Except for this, the room was cleaned and well maintained. Basically amenities like towel, soap, shampoo, blanket were provided. Room service is available but there was no phone in my room for ordering.

They have continued checkin and booking with my id and name from last two days but i have checked out on morning 13/09/23. Bad location for non-vegetarians because majority muslim population have there who is very poor and helpless. They only provide eggs on breakfast and semi vegan foods. Facilities was not bad but cleaning was not good.

rooms are bad. and bathroom are terrible. we planned to stay for 3 days. nd v shifted very first day to other hotel. no cleanness, bed sheeth and bathrooms are terrible. bathroom have no hot water, windows are broken. I dnt recommend this hotel to anyone
