I arrived late at night. Clean and neat room was provided with all the basic facility and supported for late check out as well. It was a really a great experience.

The hotel is average. Deluxe are not so good. There is no inside restaurant at this hotel. You will get veg breakfast. Non veg breakfast is not available. I don't have any photos

Property's, location, amenities & services are good but, i am selected a room with breakfast services but they are not inform to us that do your breakfast on time that is why i miss my 2 days breakfast.

Dirty towels, plates and utensils. In addition - bathroom conditions is worst than public toilet, broken bucket and mug. There is nothing good about this hotel.

They gave the room, no soap and then the tv wasn't working, after 2 calls they changed the tv. One of the worst thing is that i paid for breakfast and they shared it will be from 8-9 am available, we planned out journey accordingly and we reached at dinning hall at 8 at that time, guy shared that it will still take 30-40 min to prepare breakfast. Now i unnecessary pay for breakfast and didn't get stuff, so i would strongly suggest to stay away from this hotel.

It was one of horrible stay they didn’t had glasses for water no bathroom kit, towel was in very bad condition, room was stinking like hell

The hotel rooms and toilets were dirty. Ac was not working. Toilet flush was also not functional. The corridors were also extremely dirty.

In one word pathetic 1. Hotel is on the 4th floor and no on the reception at ground floor.(they have one small office on the ground floor) 2. They close the main gate and basement parking between 9.30-10.00 pm, so think twice if you gonna attend any wedding or going somewhere at night. Incase you are out you have to park your car outside on the main road. 3. T.v wasnt working , its just a showpiece. 4. Room walls are so thin that you can literally listen the other person’s voice from both the sides. 5. ⁠No hygiene maintained in the dining area at all. It was full mess.

Now i don't even remember how many trips i have taken. I have started getting a family like atmosphere in this hotel from the staff and on the occasion of new year, the secret party given to me by the staff was really praiseworthy.
