I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. It is dirty with very little amenities. We were on the 4th floor and there were pigeons flying around the corridor stinking up and darting the place. The bathroom are dingy and badly maintained. Beds and pillows are hard as rocks and not comfortable at all. There no restaurant and the breakfast is the same everyday of idli and bread with nutralite. It was shameful to be given nutralite and packet-ed lassi and chaos in the milk bowl of india. The only positive is that the food was nice though the menu is very limited with none of the gujarati snacks which was very disappointing

The rooms were average, and the staff response and services were not as expected. The prices are relatively high compared to what is being offered. The bathroom size was very small, and the geyser was not working. It took them an hour to address the issue, but in the end, nothing was resolved.

I don’t understand how is it rated as 4! the room was quite dusty and the pillows had an odour. On calling the room service for cups, they said is that all you want because we will leave after this - this was around 12 am.

I had worst experience. I dont know whether other reviews are genuine or not, but i’m sharing my experience. Room service was terrible, no water supply in room. There was water leakage in room. Price were too high for this service. Please do not book this hotel even to-stay for single day.

I please to everyone, never stay in this hotel. This place is a nightmare. They changed everything but can't provide facilities. You can't get water in your bathroom. They charge for complimentary breakfast and serve you from cheapest item from the roadside vendor.

I was thier with my family at a wedding in vesu so i choose to stay at royal rituals vesu. It was a good decison. Stay was v good. Staff was helpful and always ready to help. Hygienic room. Good hotel at vesu road if with family.

It was great mistake to book this property. It's not a "hotel, just a lodge. There is no basic amenities of a 3 star hotel. It's in a remote area. No restaurant even in the property or surrounding area. If need to stay, need to bring a stove with gas and other materials to make even a coffee. No table, no chair, used bed spread and pillow cover. It's not recommended. Please avoid it.

One of the few good hotels in surat. The staff is very courteous and rooms are clean with full glass mirrors. Rooms are spacious also they have a banquet hall which can be used for events. Definitely worth the money.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel. The staff was not friendly. The room was dirty. No room service. Bathroom was dirty and not clean. Bathroom items were dirty.
