The accommodations were satisfactory, with clean and well-organized rooms. However, there was a minor inconvenience in that the cupboard lacked lighting, making it somewhat difficult to see inside when opened.

The stay was comfortable. It was a business trip. For business trips, i would recommend single room for one person as the bed is queen bed

The hotel is under reconstruction and yet that have taken bookings. There’s major work happening right outside rooms and there is constant drilling noise for hours. The noise only stopped after multiple complaints over 4 hours

The hotel rooms are neat and clean. Washrooms could get a bit better but nothing to complain about. Super deluxe rooms are better to go for. However, the best part of the hotel is their team. Everyone is smiling and supporting all the time. Particularly want to mention their f&b captain abhijit who is outstanding and amazing in service and attention.

Hotel is ok if you want to stay in magdalla in surat or near surat airport. What is poor is that room service meals menu is exorbitant - we decided to go out mostly or zomato, more expensive than outside fine dining. Next important feedback i want to give is to start breakfast early per international standards at 6. 45am instead of current 7. 30am coz many business travellers have to leave for hazira by 7. 15am and don't get breakfast. Rooms were good with house keeping also good. I strongly suggest to start morning breakfast early and not have to daily request breakfast previous night, international standard is at 6. 30am. If the in restaurant is more affordable we will end up eating inside, but we did not as it was exorbitant even than fine dining - kindly relook food prices and menu options.
