Staff was good. Ac was bad and washroom was not clean which you expect at this price point. Their are many others option near by with much cheaper rate

Hotel is very near to Surat Railway Station.Rooms are very neat and clean.The room service given was excellent.The complementary break-fast provided is also total our stay is quite comfortable . stay in embassy is like a home stay
