Staff and all were good washrooms were clean enough but the problem is there is no proper water bottle facility they have provided water in a jug and even corridors looked scary. Rooms were pretty average to say the least

The rooms were clean and in a good condition the staff was also very helping food was also available at a cheaper rate and i enjoyed it washrooms were clean the ac was in good condition

I recently stayed at tirupati residency hotel in surat, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were small, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. For the price charged, the amenities and service were far from justifiable. The staff was uncooperative and unhelpful with most requests, which added to the frustration. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

As per the price the quality of rooms are small. There is no parking facility for vehicle. There is no restaurant attached. The toilets need maintenance. Of course the hotel is located at city centre but travellers requirements are not fulfilled

It is horrible hotel; we did not stay there and we came out even paid full amount. it was showing very good looking entrance / reception / rooms. But it was shocking to see rooms / entrance etc. Very dirty and small room / walls in horrible condition and bed not good. We came out and stayed in another hotel. We lost our amount which we paid for booking.
