The receptionist was a bit rude, not helping not polite, when asked for help with luggage the guy said, first checkin to the room and was supposed to come with me in few minutes, but just after checking the room in 2 mins when i asked for him at reception, she said, he left as the duty time was over. Bathroom was so small.

Terrible Stay

Not a good facility to stay, the staff never understood the concern of the guest staying. You will find with breakfast as while booking, the breakfast will not be good at all. Rooms are not as you seen. Suggesting not to book this hotel as you stay will be unhealthy. The staff and the manager have a very attitude behavior which make the guest feel unsafe in the premises.

The room was too small. It was super clean though. The breakfast was non exist-ant and bland. Choose this hotel only for a short night stay but book without breakfast. There were stray dogs in the main lobby area on the ground floor, which was super unhygienic. Not worth 3000 rs that i paid for 1 night.

We were not provided extra mattress though we were charged extra 500 rupees. 500 rupees were for what god knows. Reception person was too arogant. I will request avoid this hotel for for worst experience

Lift wasn't working had to take stairs for 03rd floor every day. Lake of supervision, poor service, reluctant for serving of breakfast. No room intercom. Casual approach of staff. Least bother for service. Horrible experience.

Hotel is at 2nd floor. No lift facility. Carrying luggage to 2nd floor by stairs was terrible experience. Rain water seepage and water accumulated all the room.
