Worst experience ever! pricing of hotel is very more as compare to their rooms, no facilities were provided by hotel, hotel staff doesn’t provide any things which we ask from them! i will not suggest this hotel to anyone and will try to make sure if any of my friend or my family members going to that place doesn’t stay in this hotel. Pathetic experience with unprofessional staffs and hotel culture, each penny which i spend in staying this hotel was gone in river, i request make my trip to do a investigation regarding hotel quality because it also hamper your image in normal peoples point of view, this hotel serves me nothing but takes very large amount of money.

Don't judge the property with the images. It's bad no it's the worst property i have stayed in. The staff are untrained, unwelcoming and what not. You have to call them multiple times to get a bottle of water. 24 hrs gym access is a hoax. They don't even have one. The swimming pool is dirty and always crowded with third class people. Bathroom showers are choked, mirrors are dirty, doormats are dirtier, bedsheets are stained. Ohhh. Don't let me start about food. Roadside dhabas makes 100 times better food. . This hotel is not worth the money they charge.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It is worst place in Tarapith there is no room service I ask a tea in morning at 8o’clock but they don’t give me upto 10o’clock

The property not maintained properly, rooms were dirty and filthy, bed has hairs from previous guest, bathroom tiles broken, ceiling has large hole insude bathroom. Door latch came off. Just pathetic

The hotel is not as good as it is described. Very much average with no amenities except wifi. Even they haven't provided a kettle, soap, tea kit, towel. Very poor service. Food is actually good but we have to wait for a long for the food to come. Overall one night stay for tarapith darshan will be ok.

Bees and spiders with waves. No room service. If you need drinking water then you need to go to kitchen and collect by yourself as stated by the manager.

Room is extremely beautiful with a big mirror, pool is very big and and they have uv filter for pool, always sanitization, at night you can sit in garden and enjoy the mesmerizing weather and peaceful surroundings, i will request all couple to stay here, very happy moments for us
