The experience was quite nice. The staff behaviour was very good, very helpful. They had arranged many things for us during our visit. The location of the hotel was about 600m from the main mama tara temple and just beside mundamalitala. This made the location near the temple but away from the hustle and bustle of the temple. Rooms was clean and lift service was available. Over all it was a good experience.

Service was good, could have been better, but the condition of the room was terrible. Absolute garbage for each and every room, it was just bad.

Staff behaviour ia very rude and disrespectful. Room and toilet was not cleaned. Distance from temple is long.

property is near mundomalini temple and near to tarapith snan ghat,1kms away from main temple,but you can stay here for peace of mind,good behaviour of staffs specially manager was good and cooperative.Food is good in taste and value for money.

Good hotel, they have renuverated in 2024. I tried ac room, it was good and clean. Temple near only, can go with toto or by walk 600m. Manager is good will contact you with the temple priest, who will help you in darshan faster and cheaper. 1 day stay. 2 rooms. Cons- the hotel name, matches with other hotel also. 2. Manager phone is mostly busy.

Hotel sonu is very good. Spacious rooms and the staff behaviour is very good. Food quality is ok but not great. Parking available by paying 100rs and no driver accommodation unless you get a room for him. Good location and ac working very well.

I checked in at chakra nayanthara sonu hotel at 2:00 pm and checked out same date at 5:15 pm. In this matter, i did not like the service even in the date and there, inf-act there was some problem in one of the rooms also. I solved the problem but the service should be a little better and i had a lot of trouble in searching chakra nayanthara sonu inn in which chakra krish alphabet was missing there, the last hotel was sonu tara sonu inn which was a lot of trouble in finding the hotel. It is a very big building but i noticed a lot of service issues in it. When i was checking into the hotel, i thought that i had remembered that i have to click and capture this photo, but while checking out, i had some other work, i had completely forgotten it while checking out, it had gone out of my mind. Whatever problem or trouble i have there, i had to capture the photo. Today again this troubled me, but from next time i will remember that if there is any problem anywhere, i will click the photo. You can send your guy and check it, what i said is right or wrong because if you give white cover and white bedsheet, then it is very important to maintain it, it is quite dirty. And the towel also looked like it was a towel, but i don't like complaining about the same thing again and again and i don't have any proof of it right now, so i don't want to comment on it. Was

Rooms were horrible, dirty and services aren't up to mark. And price is so high compared to others. Overall it was not a pleasant experience for us.
