    First of all hotel staff denied for check in, my booking was confirm, and i paid all payment on booking time, but there was no empty room, hotel staff provide me an alternative hotel, that was very poor class hotel. There was no facility, no water in wash room, dirty beds there was no cleaning in the room, i paid the bill worth 4919 rupees, but that alternative hotel was very poor. Thausand ruppes was enough for that.
