The stay, the view, the services everything was great. Room was fine, food was delicious. The person named amit at the reception was very sweet and friendly. However, the location was a bit remote and difficult to reach. But overall it was a great experience.

The picturesque location of the property is simply breathtakingly stunning. We could watch the sunrise beyond the mountain ranges right from our balcony. The staff is very friendly and gives prompt services. Food was good and rooms clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

The place is amazing, but the property owners act very miser and miserably as they don’t offer water bottles there is no ac, there is no one at the reception ever. They over charge for the food. The road to the property is like so narrow actually there is no road it’s raw. Pols don’t go in wet or rainy times. Over priced as per the service they offer

My recent stay at Tehri Retreat by HEL was truly a rejuvenating experience. The journey to the retreat demands a skilled driver due to the challenging terrain, but the effort is well worth it. Upon arrival, all traces of tiredness vanished as I was greeted by the mesmerizing view that unfolded before me. The rooms were cozy, providing a comfortable haven, while the cottages offered a perfect option for family trips. The ground staff impressed me with their politeness, kindness, and quick response to any room service requests. Every meal exceeded my expectations with its delicious taste, adding to the overall delightful experience. One of the most remarkable aspects of Tehri Retreat was the beautiful silence. There was no pollution, no honking, and no incessant chatter—just pure, calming silence. This peaceful environment provided the break I desperately needed. Please make sure to visit Tehri dam, keep extra pair of clothing to enjoy to the fullest Tehri Retreat has left a lasting impression on me, and I am already looking forward to visiting again in October 2024.

We stayed at tehri retreat in the month of june 2024. The hotel is located at a mountain top with a splendid view and pleasant weather. We stayed in the room with 360 degree view of the mountains. While it was technically 180 degree, the view was amazing and will leave you spell bound. There was a nice sitout outside the room to enjoy nature's beauty. The service was super fast and all staff were courteous and focused on trying to give comfort to customer during the stay. The property has a nice big dog by the name blackie with 2 cute puppies who were very playful. We went on trails nearby exploring the terrain and blackie was kind enough to guide us. We will come again for stay. The properry takes only 2. 5 hours from dehradun airport. You get to see the tehri lake with nice backdrop of mountains. Loved the stay. Breakfast spread was good and the food was delicious.

Well maintained resort with a scenic view. The staff is polite and goes out of the way to help. You get to see a sunrise from your room and there is a small trek from the resort to reach the sunset point.

Its an offbeat location. And awesome property. U might not be able to take your eyes off the roses! the bonfire, sunset hike, puppies were just add-on experience! jain food was upto the mark and service was good too. P. S. If u are traveling in a group, they might arrange adventure activities like valley crossing, rappelling, tree jumaring. We got a chance to do that too!

Located amidst the hilly areas of Tehri Garhwal in Uttarakhand Sursingdhar boasts an amazing view with individual rooms having private balconies.. The property is very well maintained with beautiful gardens.. The people here are very polite, helpful and hospitable.. The quality of food here is amazing and adds to the overall experience.. Although we stayed for a day we definitely will be looking forward to visiting again in the near future... Worth visiting 💯💯 Rooms: 5/5; Location: 5/5; Food :5/5; Hospitality: 5/5;
