Due to bad weather condition, i could not go to tezpur. I had requested for cancellation of the booking to the hotel and mm t on 27th may and repeated the request on 28th. I was told that the matter was taken up. But no refund i have received so far.

It will be my last choice for my next visit to tezpur. No proper cleaning, bathroom not clean. Not provided with proper complementary breakfast.

My aunt and uncle loved the service at this hotel. They were polite and heeded to all requests on time. Also served complimentary breakfast.

The place is good with positive vibe. Room service is ok although staff requires a smile. Their restaurant 'tiffin' has good dinning space and food is very good

The hotel was utterly mismanaged. The transferred us to another hotel for reaso s best known to them. We had paid for an extra bed. The second hotel took five hours to arrange for the extra bed. Overall, we feel disappointed. No thanks.

Very bad hotel to stay. I would one should book this hotel. Very very band behaviour of the manager. Room are very low grade no maintenance.

Placed in the heart of the city and most of places are easily accessible. Non a/c rooms needs maintanence

I was ch-aged 50% more by mm t than rate offered directly by hotel. Bathrooms were shabby and hygiene, could improve. Staff service, was average. Detailed bills were also not provided.

I have booked super deluxe rooms, as per mmt room images, it was totally changed, bed sheets and blankets cover was not cleaned, yellow was so dirty, rooms smell is so bad, food was not good, housekeeping guys are not helping, i have asked for slipper, but they not give.

Worst experience. They gave me room which is without proper ventilation... And I when I ask them.. They agreed to change the room with extra cost.. And the lift won't work.. Or they power off. Worst breakfast...

Well the room is a mess there are cockroaches in the room and that has not Ben cleaned properly. Only the location is good and the food is okay. Rest it's not at all up to the mark. The staff around there are not co operative.

Good hotel. Good location. Good and friendly people. Enjoyed staying. Good service. Value for money. Love to visit again and again. Nearby basic markets, atm, hospital and outlets. Security is there. Power backup internet service is available.
