Horrible experience

Room was on the first floor which looked like a storeroom. The bathroom was dirty and the pot was broken. The smell out of the blankets was good.
The TV was not working. The toilets were broken and not working either. The room was like a storeroom. Repeated complaints to the manager were of no use for about an hour.
