Rooms and behavior of the staffs were very good. They were helpful enough. But i think they can change the cushion if the bed and sofa to make it more comfortable. Else whole management was awesome

Good behavior of management, complimentary water bottle, outstanding cleanliness and quality affordable fresh food available downstairs. Lift is also available 24x7

Terrible bad hotel. No basic facilities. All false claims. It is generally used for hourly purposes. Families and corporate must never book this hotel it is of very low standard. Used bedsheets, unclean bathrooms, used condoms in the room, no geysers in the bathroom. Plastic glasses are provided for drinking water. Just horrible.

More then half of the amenities mentioned about the hotel on make my trip are not available. Not a pleasant visit at all.

First of all there is no proper ventilation in the room * the lobby is airtight as all the windows are closed only half a litre of water was given for the whole day there were insects in the room the blanket was not usable as it had a foul odour in it the entire night i could not sleep as local boys were occupying adjacent rooms and they were drinking and making a racket the entire night

3 - average cause the room service was too delayed after getting there i waited for 30m outside and the staff members were cleaning the room.

Location was easily accessible. There is an elevator to make it easier for you to get to the 3rd floor.

Stay was good, location was excellent along with rooms were new and clean too. Service was good too. Hotel is located at such a place that i can travel to any important places in tezpur for my work.

I stay in hotel with family (with 1. 5 year baby), lizard and insects are there in room and also in bathroom, worst hotel and room and bathroom are not clean. It's not for 4. 2 rating, this is for only one rating, very bad experience hence as my suggestion please remove this hotel otherwise people will suffer and i'll blame u. Please refund my amount

It was pretty good. Me and my parents feel very comfortable. The room was also very neat and clean. The staff was aloes good. A good parking space is there. Me and my partner like the most. Thank you jm suites.
