The experience of the stay at par-co residency is quite happy and satisfactory. The receptionist behave to the guest is highly appreciable.

room was not comfortable for three persons. we already booked a weekago, but they not provided a room comfortable for three persons and very surprisingly they said yu have bkd by onlne notdirectly that is why😄

Poor Stay

The hotel is not safe, there is direct access fro n the road to the room. The reception is on first floor, rooms are in 2nd and 3rd floor. The lift from ground floor goes directly to the rooms, unchecked, uncontrolled by reception. The restaurant is not functioning. The approach road is dug up and is actually risky to walk on. The rooms are dirty, toilet stinks/ full of stains. It's not definitely a 3star hotel

The hotel has deteriorated over the past years. Cleanliness and hygiene is poor. Restaurant was closed so they can’t offer any breakfast so we had to go out searching for bfast in the morning.

The location is perfect right in the center. At present no provision for food by the hotel but there is convenience to order & restaurants are available nearby. Hygiene is good but would be better if the room is repainted. Safety is good. Staff very good. Any request for any help attended to immediately. Overall i liked the place. Felt safe as a solo women occupants.

Hotel not keeping its standard. Walls are dirty. Not provided enough toilet towels and soap. Good support of staff and reception. Restaurant good.
