It was good just that i booked suit with bathtub but they allotted me deluxe room otherwise the stay was good

I booked a pet - friendly room they said this hotel is not a petfrlendly hotel. Location is opposite to a railway station. Food breakfast all at their timing, there is no restaurant. Overall a bad experience from this hotel

Good breakfast, good service, very accessible, no hassle, but has slow wifi, the place had great ambiance, it was clean, but the room could have more sound proofing.

Amazing staff including in house restaurant staff.

The stay was amazing and comfortable and right next to vasai road railway station, the staff is helpful and prompt with service whenever required.

It is walkable distance from railway station to hotel. Very clean and safe place. Good for couple and family and the food is also testy but costly.

Location is near to station which is great. They don’t let you control the ac temperature as the remote is not provided, you have to call reception which will send a guy just to change the temperature of ac. There is no geyser so no warm water to take a bath. Also, food is average. Otherwise, all the other stuff is good

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is neat and clean. But services are poor. There is no buffet breakfast. It is served in room and you have no choice of foods, neither will they ask you. Automatically the hotel staff will come at 8. 30 morning and serve you cold foods and cold tea. Even if you are sleeping at that time.

I have booked deluxe room in the hotel, but they gave me normal room. It was not as per the room details showed, i have asked for room with bathtub, but it wasn't there.

The hotel was easy to locate and the proximity to the location (the purpose of my visit) was excellent. The hotel staff was polite. Serving breakfast little earlier in the room(by 7:30, which usually starts at 8:30)would have made the experience even more beautiful. Nonetheless it was a great stay
