The hotel manager didn’t even give us an early check-in for two hour before and asked us for 1000- whereas we already paid for 2 nights in advance. The hotel was empty with bare minimum guests. I had my senior citizen mother with me and they made me leave our bags and come back later. Plus when we came back they sent us on the 2nd floor and it was very difficult for my mother who has knee issue to climb the stairs. The hotel do not have any lift or proper railings got old people to hold and climb for most of it. The food is over expensive and not of good quality. They have only 4 basic options to pick as a part of complimentary which if you step out you will get it cheaper and the tea/coffee was cold. Plus they did not offer a single help to bring down our suitcases. The room was smelly, the tv remote wasn’t working, the walls had seepage issue, the linens were very old and smelly too. The staff wasn’t helpful or nice to us neither do one of the managers. Even the ac wasn’t strong and was stuck on 23 degrees only. The balcony was not clean, it had cig buds and full of dust. It isn’t worth staying in this hotel for the money we paid. Instead stay in western or fountain or the hotel just beside western but not at merakee. The hotel must mention that it does not have a lift. Such a horrible experience. Not interested in staying there

There was no safety at all in the room first i was staying in room 301 that room ac working balcony there is no lock any one can enter in you room and stolen your thing and you will do t know anyone can go to anyone balcony and then they shift me to the room 307 that room main door lock was opened by any key even i open the main door lock with my bag padlock key and then i was calling the manger and show them he change me to 305 cabin there was door lock ok but problem again with balcony door lock i was noticed all day this hotel only good for unmarried couples because i was saw there is people come fun only this not even 1 star hotel they charge people so much and there is not even sop shampoo bathroom id very duty like no one clean them more then 1 month 3 of the room when i was staying there are no balcony door lock it's open for others also this is not hotel this is kamat purr red light hotel in my stay i not even seen on family in this hotel and day time you will had nice experience with different different type of sound from bed and man and women and just go to your bathroom and hear next room sound this is red light hotel i this there is no id required for couple thats why they rate is high and they dud not refund money after you book think twice before you book if you need more help and photo and video contact me i have all prof of rooms and bathroom photo

They have the worst rooms ever, uncleaned toilets, dirty mattress and totally unhygienic room to stay. No thank you

The price of the room is not as per the amenities shown. The inside of the room is shabby, paints have been popped out, furniture has dirt, bathroom tiles are broken, bed is has spot of huge wear and tear.

The location, the entrance, the bed, the bathroom, the fittings and space all were just average, enough to not complain but enough to never use as well. Booked for the night to remedy the travel fatigue but stayed only to freshen up and then bounce in 2-3 hours. In the price i cant expect or complain much so to summarize, just average.

Reception guy is rude

The room is good the hotel is good. But the reception guy is rude. He keeps nagging to pay the food bills. Where as its basic that food bills are cleared on check out.

Towels needed to be changed, the premium room doesn't have a dinner table, door bell not working, typical 1-4hrs couple friendly hotel, not good for family, only food is good, too expensive for rate i booked

The property location is good. Secluded from the city. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However, they could maintain the reception area in a better way.

The hotel room has a bad smell. The ac sounded like a generator. The rooms were not clean. The walls had cracks and was breaking. The bathroom didn't have proper jet spray holder and it smelled bad. We were planning to stay whole night but had to move out

Hygiene issue, mosquitoes. Staff is not cooperative, i forgot my valuable thing and when i reached at receptionist they denied and haven’t spoke properly. I will not recommend this place for business traveler.

I booked stay for 1 day from 26. 01. 2024 ( 8 15 night) to 28. 01. 2024 11 am. By mistake i booked day room which is upto 6 pm. By mistake i booked this room & paid. Room only upto 6 pm & i booked & paid at 8 night even than payment accepted? secondly hotel management was totally non cooperative & hopeless behaviubehavior. In all non satisfied.

We booked 2 months in advance at lower price. The hotel people cancel-led our booking. We are forced to book 12 rooms at a very high price.

Staff was very supportive and kind. They offered discount. Room was comfortable. Good for one night stay. Jet spray in the bathroom was broken. Very taste food.
