When we arrived, despite booking 3 day prior ac room, no ac room was available. Hotel was in terrible condition. Agree that location is cool, beach front and staff is cooperative. They shifted us to other cheap nearby hotel. As we already paid on the app and had no choice bcoz we arrived late at destination. We had no option but to choose the other hotel which they offered instead of there own one.
