The hotel is not at all accommodating, i had my wedding there and they made my life living hell. When i booked the rooms i had categorically told them about it. They didn’t allow visitors from 7pm to 7am. If it’s a wedding that’s happening in your venue how can you not let guests in? at-least inform earlier then i would have booked another place.

It is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad . In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

I recently stayed at satkar residency, and it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. Overall, satkar residency offers an outstanding experience, combining luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Good location situated in central thane close to station,, ghobunder road /rmall tasty food ( breakfast) n number of variants to taste. Very attentive staff good service and best part is very neat and clean this was my second stay at satkar residency thane

Location - excellent Food - good Amenities - satisfactory Services - room service and wait time at reception needs considerable improvement. Besides rules regarding payment of food bills, etc. need to be clearly spelled to avoid last minute embarassment. Services not satisfactory.

Nice hotel and service, staff is very helpful, reception person shubham is nice staff, he gave me room key 12 am night within 05 minutes waiting, hotel room clean and nit, 24 hours hot water, breakfast also delicious

I had booked and paid for 2 rooms but voucher received was for one room only. It was a non refundable booking. I immediately cancel-led it but mm t is still trying to resolve it. My entire program was messed up and i had to cancel it. Horrible experience. I will never book with mm t in future.
