Basic hotel, rooms are dated. Need an over haul of interiors to make it better. The room we had was facing the highway and there is no sound proofing. So highway traffic noise came thru. Also there is a undersized blind on a window which means the light comes through from the sides. Poorly made.

The guy at the reception was arrogant, he dis respected my wife when she requested for 30mins late check out. We checked in at 9pm and was too tired hence requested for 30mins grace but he was too rude and arrogant. Never ever going to stay at this pathetic property nor going to recommend anyone. Probably this hotel is for couples and not for family.

Hotel is not as per the rating & terif and building show-off, window airconditins are old and rooms are comparatively small, breakfast too is not upto the mark

No hot water, ac is not proper. Staff behaviour is rude. Wastage of money. Very expensive. Had a very bad experience.

Good hotel, near to eeh, buffet breakfast decent. Rooms are of medium size. Water pressure was a bit less.

Just an overnight stay, the hotel staff was extremely stubborn and rude unwilling to accommodate additional guest at an extra charge

Room was spacious, neat and clean. Location wise excellent, easy to locate, at the centre of the city. Food quantity was good. Breakfast spreads could be better. The only reason i couldn't rate more than 3 star because of poor service. Ordered for simple rice items and took 1 hour to serve in the room. That too after calling 3 times. Room service extn number is not picked up promptly.

I stayed here for a night. The rooms are excellent and very spacious. It is very tough to get such rooms in a place like mumbai for the costs being offered. Even the food is excellent and the ambience great. I normally do not sit back to provide ratings to the hotels that i stay in. However, i was tempted to give a rating for this hotel which has won my heart. Even the buffet spread is very lavish and large offering many varieties. Go for it guys. You will surely not repent. Worth every penny that we pay here.

The stay was good overall. However the room given to us had a broken look for the washroom. The food quality was good especially the breakfast buffet was really tasty. Overall the location of the hotel is nice considering it's proximity to the highway.
