Stayed for 1 night. Staff are untrained and college interns. Breakfast is arranged as a makeshift in conference room from 7am to 9am. There is no kitchen or in house restaurant. Not a pleasant stay. It is more of a lodge at best. Stay if options are not available.

Hotel at good location specially for parents of sastra deemed university students, but in the room very moisture on the floors, almost wet, u can't walk without sleepers in the room, break fast is good, staff is very good, at this price hotel is too costly

I have booked 8 rooms in mmt but 301 room one person are wearing new cloth and we sleep on bed but that some colour of cloth stain to bed sheets but that removal things by wash but hotel management changed 2500- this not right way i am regular costumer to that hotel by mmt please take right dission and refund the money

Hotel is in the high away, so if you are travel-ling back, good place. Ab is in the ground floor. Food is not an issue. But even though rooms are quite spacious, the bed, pillow, bedsheet and bathrooms must b clean. It is okay but not clean. The price is hight for what they offer. But overall ok for a one or two night stay

Location adjacent to trichy highway, it's convenient location. Buffet breakfast was really tasty, especially variety dosas were good. Wr booked room for 2 nights, the room was spacious and the bed was broad enough to accommodate 3 people. Rooms were well lit and super clean. Overall it's a comfortable and good stay.

I was for two nights at this place. Both nights there was some carpenter work going on whole night. N we weren't able to sleep even for half hour. When complained to on duty manager. He is like there's work going on. Some noise will be there. We have told them abut your complaint. If they don't stop it's not our problem. They have forcibly kept a water bottle in room even after telling we don't want. N at time of checkout taken 100 rs. When i told we dint open or use it. He was like i have already made a bill so you have to pay it.

We are happy to mention that the overall stay (2 nights) in the hotel was pleasant. Staffs were polite and kind. They reacted to the customer requests quickly. The executive room was spacious, nice ambience and pretty clean (bathroom & toilet. And we loved the breakfast, especially the south indian breakfast. We felt the quality ingredients used in all the breakfast. The live counter was amazing with the dos a varieties, poori & appam. Things can be improved by the hotel administration. - electrical and pluming check can be run before the customer occupies - provides with the enough pillows & towels as they have the members count already - key gets deactivated after 24 hours. This can be fixed or let the customer knows during check-in so that they are prepared - since there is no air circulation/ventilation in the 1st/2nd floor hallway and causes unpleasant smell - lighting can be improved in the staircase area for the people don't use lift to be noted by the customers before booking. - no dedicated parking for hotel parking. Parking is common and the area is shared by the popular restaurant customers as well. - might be difficult to find parking in the peak restaurant hours. But later you can move the car when it is available. Cctv cameras are found in front of the hotel

Relatively new property, extremely welcoming staff, big rooms. I had breakfast which was part of the stay and it had varied options and was good. It is 7-10 kms from the city.

The hotel as such was good. Rooms are very good. Its neat clean. Toilets are very clean. The breakfast we had was very good. The biggest disadvantage is there is no secured car parking facility. As the room rent is above avaerage we except a secured parking. We need to park in front of the hotel which is also a shopping place with a veg resturant of adyar ananda bhavan. I have parked the car and during check ou i found the tyre was almost flat. Night something happened. Also adyar ananda bhavan veg resturant is available. Which is a good one but very crowded and aft-en getting a seat is very diffiult. Also front office male receptionist are not friendly. We booked two rooms with kids and seniour citizens. First they allotted at different floors and male receptionist was not willing to give same floor. After much persuation the lady receptionist gave the same floor.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The hospitality and room service were both of a high standard. There is also an ab restaurant in the same building, which was an added convenience.

Good place for a lay over

This place is more like a highway inn and suitable if you want to lay over for a break journey. The rooms are clean and the service is also good. It is on the outskirts of thanjavur and on the highway. There is an ab and a briyani place in the same pit stop area. There is a coffee shop and a couple of trinket stores in that place. Overall a good place to break for the night and hit the road the next day.

We (family) recently stayed at grand ashok, thanjavur and had great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel is at a convenient location. Overall, a great stay and i recommend for both individuals and families who wish either to take a break journey or explore thanjavur.
