Overall the experience was really good. The surroundings were quiet and calm. The rooms were clean and spacious. It's very good for families. It was not that costly either.

Overall, the flat was good and is highly preferred for family members, but the timings were too low. If you booked through makemytrip, the timings are 1pm to 9am, and if you book through phone call, the timings are 12 to 12 hours, but the payment is per single room 3000 for ac.

This is an affordable stay for the amenities provided. It's 3.5 KM's from Brihadeesshwara temple. The care taker is supportive and well mannered. AC was in good condition and they even provided a bottle of water 😊

I had a terrible experience with my booking regarding stay at lakshana service apartment thanjavur. As they called me the previous night of my check in date and informed me that they were facing some maintenance issues and requested me to check in at another hotel because of this issue. I was busy with other works hence i didn't have the time or energy to enquirer more about it. So i went to the said hotel which was "naadi stay inn abedrooms" and checked in. They unofficially charged us 500 rs extra as they were not a couple friendly hotel. I had enquired about this issue to them the previous night and was assured that there wouldn't be any misunderstandings or hassle but still they charged extra money from me while checking in. I'll be attaching the screenshot of the whole interaction. We are doctors and came to thanjavur all the way from kerala for some official work and we were treated this way here by these hotels. Hence obviously a bad experience. Would greatly appreciate if some action were taken or a refund could be issued. Regarding our stay

#fraudalert - if you are booking at lakshana service apartments, please note that its around 4. 8kms from the brihadeeshwara temple. They have set incorrect gps location to dupe customers. Also it is at a remote late 1. 5kms from main toad where there is no auto or restaurants available. Its a very poorly maintained property. Now, why am i calling them a fraud team - we stepped into the room, and told them this is not as per whats mentioned on mm t - we called mm t customer care who connected to the hotel stating our concern. The manager/caretaker got angry and started yelling at us saying we have to get out immediately and they will process a refund. Also he charged 300rs as we used the main room for 30-45 mins. Mm t agent also assured that we can leave the hotel and a refund will be processed. The hotel caretaker dint even let us wait in the complex for 10mins till our auto arrived - he literally pushed us out after taking extra money. And we checked into a diff hotel near the temple (there are plenty available which are not listed on mmt) - the next call from mm t team said that fraud hotel has refused refund (even after charging extra money. It was a horrible experience, out start of the trip was spoiled by the lakshana staff. No help from mm t also recd - they just speak the scripted robotic lines and how much will i got to get a refund of a small amount.

In app it was written that big temple is 43 m away after going i came to know that it 3 km away and i didn’t like the apartment also and cots were not good overall experience was not good

Room - spacious but not maintained properly. Plenty of ants and insects bathroom doesn't have an option to hang the towels care taker - rude and never respect. Never get back if commuted any care parking - only 3 cars can be parked - first come basis - in total property has 6 flats

Good place and clean, good silence. The only problem was that out of the structure there wasn't the name of the hotel but another name (surya) so we lose time and money for understand where was the place.

1. The appartment allocated doesn't have lift facility. 2. At-least drinking water should be provided inside the appartment. It is a minimum perquisite expected during lodging

The property was in a remote place. No name board was available. But the manager or in charge was a nice person. Kitchen could have been well stocked.

I booked two rooms in that apartment. I went to that place with my family. That place not apt for family and that are very commercial mindset. So i booked some other hotel. My total money spent was lose. So please avoid to book the room. They don't care about you, they care only money.

Description says 43 m from the big temple. Actual location is about 4 km. No food service. I had booked and paid for 2 rooms, but the manager provided a single room and said that another room is in another apartment. He then demanded more 1000- rupees for another room in same building. I had to pay. Located away from main road, no auto / conveyance / restaurant, even tea - coffee available. Very bad experience.

We booked 2 rooms in which one room heater is not working. The hotel is far from main road. It is very difficult to get a vehicle. While we are checking out at night 11pm asked the hotel member to book a car or auto. He just told they will not came this far at this time and he just took the keys and closed the door and went to sleep. We walked nearly 2km to a mode of transportation. This is very disappointing. IThis is very terrible experience. This is not only my first experience with this is third one. Please sort it and help customers to get better service. I am very disappointed
