It was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. However, the only downside was a slight unpleasant smell in the room. It wasn’t overpowering, but it was noticeable and by affected the otherwise great ambiance.

Room was neat. Facilities good enough for price of room. But breakfast is not good. They get it mini tiffin in parcel from a nearby restaurant. Dos-as all were cold while serving.

Clean and neat new hotel, very good stay, no restaurants on site but within 10 mins we have all major restaurants in the area

Breakfast is not good and it is provided in the room and not has buffet, air conditioner is not working. Tv is not working. Work is going on inside the hotel, so much drilling noise present. After genset is switched on, total hotel is vibrated. No car parking or valet parking is provided. Hotel is present opposite to rc cemetry. No security guard is present in the hotel. Not worth for 3 star hotel.

Peaceful area, staff are polite, rooms are cleaned. Hot water is not available, room sizes are small, breakfast from a2b(mini tiffin.

The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. But there is no dental kit and bathroom kit for the price they are offering. No closed parking. These are the only disadvantages of this hotel.

Since we were reaching late, tried calling the hotel to inform them, no luck. We tried through whatsapp also but no luck. They didn't call us to enquirer about our stay. Breakfast is complimentary but they have no kitchen so it's out sourced. For the rent they charge the hotel is not worthy.

Booked for 3 adult 1 child when we’re checkin he claims only 2 plus 1 he made us wait for almost 30 min later just to find two separate booking. He was telling i never paid for 3rd person first time horrible experience and the receptionist telling all lies to owner never recommend this property

Perfect stay for me. property well maintained. comfy and clean. Android Tv with fast wifi, so u can enjoy ur entertainment without hassle. Breakfast was soo good (🤩Mini sambar Idly, Masala Dosa, Vada, kesari, pongal). Staffs are really cool to help and polite. 10 mins walk from New bus stand through housing streets. They also have a mini library in the reception. just book and enjoy your stay.

Property - looks recently constructed and new. Stay - short - 12 hours overnight. Location - easy to find on google maps. Located on a broad two lane road. Entrance is facing a lane from the road. Parking - open. Facing the road. Sloped with red sand. Security- cctv covered parking lot and hotel. Reception - manned by two people. Was welcomed pleasantly by mr. Prashanth. Did quick check in of the details and gave wifi password in a small slip. Took me to my room. Helped me with identifying hot water tap. Room - small in size. Perfect for a solo traveller. Good air conditioner. Decent interiors. Doors - open/close with keys. Two deadlocks on the inside. Amenities - tv, set top box, ac, wall fan, hot water kettle. Two tea bags and coffee sachets. Two plastic tumblers. No stirrer, spoon or fork available. A chair. Bucket and mug. Water bottle. Charges extra rs. 20 for additional bottle. Dustbin. Phone/intercom to reception. Mosquito repellent machine. Cons: 1. Bedbugs. Have bites on the body. Very unfortunate. Hopefully they fix it soon. Room in second floor - 209. 2. Did not get toiletries. Was too tired to ask. Not sure they provide. 3. Did not get towel/face cloth. 4. Breakfast is average. (idly, pongal, vadai, dosai. Sambhar & two chutneys. Coffee or tea) - served in a hall (ground floor. No ceiling fans available. They make do with standing fans without sufficient throw. 5. They have solar water heater. The hot water is not immediately available. Will have to wait at-least 10 minutes and waste a lot of cold water before luke warm water shows up then disappears after half a bucket. Something to be looked at by the owner. 6. The bodywash/shampoo bottles were empty. 7. Few mosquitoes in the room. But did not threaten sleep due to ac. 8. Bed does not have any lumbar support. You are likely to sink inside the bed. But comfy to sleep for short duration. Treebo needs to be cautious when marketing hotels and associating its brand.
