The hotel location is excellent and in a prime location. Very nearby to the tenple. But the amenities in the hotel and ambience is not very satisfactory for example the restroom. The living room was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children.

No beds no proper restroom and instead of three beds only single beds AC is not working for this it's not good to stay

The ambience was too good and also it was very comfortable for 4 members but only thing is rate was too excessive others are excellent and the way they treating was nice

I booked this hotel for my mother and her two of her friends as they had a function at tiruchendur temple. Three check in was at 11 and check out at 12. 1. The hotel is converted place from a house. 2. Rooms are not great3. The front desk demanded 2400 more to check in early and check out a little later. 4. There was no much crowd in the hotel for which they had to demand such a huge sum. 5. Smaller towns should have early check in as the trains land there early in the morning. 6. For the sum that we paid, that too for one night and two days, in a small town, with no additional benefits, we could have stayed in a four star hotel.

we stay at balamurugan residency not match with the reality. Rooms are not clean too much dust and fans are making noise bedsheets and bed mats are not clean.
