Room have good looking with clean beds, nice tv and mirror its easy to commute to murugan temple in tiruchendur. One thing which is discomfort is bathroom had contionous leakage of water and bathroom door locker have problems to lock

Poor service from the residency. Negligence response, no ac, no hot water. No respect to customers, they will treat as if you are staying for free.

The hotel was close to the temple and it was convenient to find a restaurant too. Everything is accessible from the hotel. The hotel staff were also cordial and helpful. But two things bothered us, one was that the parking is only available for cars, tempo had to be parked elsewhere. The hot water facility was through solar. So when it is rainy season, the water is too cold to bathe early in the morning. Later the hotel staff helped with hot water. Overall the stay was great except for the two things.

For a ac room costing 2150. No complementary breakfast no bathing towels were given, no intercom no shampoo or conditioner sachet no compliment water bottle.

1. No smiles on their faces . No welcoming words. 3. Rooms are not satisfied, old damaged rooms. 4. Tv not functional. 5. Additional bed quality was poor. 6. Ac works but no enough cool as displayed. 7. Car parking space was terrible. 8. Someone parked in front of my car and couldn't get my car from parking on-time. 9. Approach of watch man to improve. 10. Should improve cleanliness of the room.

The bed spread was literally dirt and the hot water facility was available only from 03. 00 am to 08. 00am.

The receptionist was very rude and moody. No one is there to help us carry our luggage. No proper response for any queries from the front office executive. No wifi or drinking water bottles provided.

The location is very near to temple, reception and hospitality is good. Provided toiletries. Hand wash basin has to be changed since water coming out while opening the tape. Room is clean and tidy. Drinking water provided in jug, it shall be improved by providing glasses and bottles. Overall stay experience is good.

Rate is too high. Though the room is comfortable for 2 persons, the bed is not comfortable for sleeping. The pillows are not big enough for resting the head. The service is courteous and staff are helpful.

Location is good for people visiting temple. Hotel facilities needs lots of improvements 1. Toilets are very unclean and all the walls are pretty much rotting 2. The sheets on the bed had spots and stains all over and pillows were yellow. 3. No free wifi available in rooms as advertised. 4. I visited as a family of 5 and was told we get an extra bed however nothing was delivered to us and we all had to be crammed in a small room. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Did not use the reservation due to bad hygiene

The room was not hygienic and the bed/room could not accommodate 4 people. They didn’t had any other bigger rooms to upgrade. We ended up not using this reservation and unfortunately there is no way to contact make my trip as well through the app or any phone number. Lost around 2800 rs. Pathetic service from both hotel and makemytrip.
