The support from the hotel was excellent. The guidance help to do things faster. The rooms are maintained well. Since restaurant was not available in the hotel they guide to a good vegetarian restaurant near by. 200 mts from bus stand and 100 mts from railway station. The washroom for my room was well maintained

Overall good property in good location. Food is not taste, cant comment. Room was good but the ac pipe inside bathroom was dripping slowly and keeping it wet, rest is all ok.

There was no room service, no toiletries provided. If we ask water bottle they are asking us to pay. People are not courteous or proactive. Bathroom was not worth for the price we paid. Totally unworthy to the tarrif we pay. Highly disappointed with the service.

The location is good. We were asked to change the room often. Because of the faulty water heater and air conditioners. After a few hours of waiting they arranged a room which we booked exactly.

Disappointing experience. 2 kms from temple. No glasses, hanger. Rooms were good. No restaurant. Telephones safely kept in the cupboard. Too expensive for its class, place and location

Room was not that good the bed was very bad it was fully worn out the heater was not working, and they did not have any assistance or room boy.

Anybody needs to stay in this residence have to reach thiruchendur bus stand and there from it is walkable. No more crowd in the area. Very calm to stay

Found the property from search. Stay was good. The sad part was that we paid for 4 persons and the manager gave only one litre drinking water bottle for 4 persons and refused to give 3 more.

Geyser not working. Commode seat is broken. How did this hotel got onbarded in mmt. I had tried calling your customer care number but after a wait of 5min no cs e had answered the call. Very bad experience for me on mm t and the hotel.

No service, no intercom, no room service, no parking facility. We carried our luggage to the second floor. Room was very small and stinking. Very poor.
