Property is ok but the booking fee is much costly. The rooms very small and congested. The amount we pay is too much for the facilities we have received.

Hotel maintenance and service is very average, making additional charge inr 500 for fresher up before 2 hours

No food and extra water bottle. Only one water bottle. And geyser is always turned off. The table and sofa is not clean, very dusty. Shelf are broken and lot of ants and insects

Room service is the worst bad smell around the room very worst hotel you refer. No water heater, no water bottle, no room boy, no toiletries ( no mandatory things) the room picture shown doesn't match the reality.

The price was not worth it, the room was very small, we had to push a mini bed( allotted for 3rd person)inside the normal bed to open the door every time. The room was infested with various insects, it bit me a couple of times while asleep. Room service was always delayed as there seems to be only one person present at times. We made the mistake of not calling to book a room on the ground floor as there was no lift and reached the place earlier than expected due to long travel.

1. Admission timing not flexible. They strict to 12 Noon only. 2. No Water heater working. On enquiry they replied as annoying manner - it must generator supply. - Generator does get ON. 3. No person avl for immediate response. Response to query is very poor.

Room price is too expensive, but the room space is very less there is no hotels nearby we have to go minimum 1km to take food.

Location was not proper and locals are not aware of such a property. Tried reaching the contact number from mm t and google both the calls were not attended, after reaching the property when asked he said phone was in silent mode. Next the rooms were smaller, washrooms not clean, water flow in taps very slow, broken geyser. Lastly asked for a kettle which they said they cant provide and is a common for entire property, the kettle was very dirty and they didn't clean it and filled water with it. Horrible experience staying there.

I stayed in a family room having 2 double beds, it accommodated 5 persons and the room was clean neat, and very close to the temple. People are very courteous and professional, comfortable stay

The hotel staff wasn't that pleasant to talk. The rooms were okay but there were no towel or soap provided. Facilities were not up to the mark. It was just an average stay.

Too congested, no space hour extra bed, toilet door difficult to close. Ac is working fine, dirty bedspread, extra bed charged twice
