Dirty bedsheets, dustbin not cleaned from previous checkout customers, we can see the dirt in toilet cabin, no toilet door, room not sweeped properly and i saw some hairs in floor. No complementary soaps or waterbottle. Terrible experience,

There were no blankets and towels given. After repeatedly asking, thy gave some dirty unwashed blankets. Rooms are very small. Lacks clean and hygiene. Not recommended

The room is very small than shown in the image during booking. The room actually fits for queen size bed & we don't find any space to stand and do our needs

Courteous staff and management. Room is small which is acceptable for a solo traveller but doors are damaged, ac &tv remotes not working. Poor maintenance of the property. Also bear in mind, if you are a solo traveller to tiruchendur, on arrival they want to call your spouse or parents for confirmation of your stay which is wierd.

Room was not spacious and not that neat. Towel were soo dirty. Bathroom was also not good. Toiletries and towels were given after we asked for it.

Badly maintained rooms, no blankets provided, no towels, broken doors, stained walls. Very very small rooms. Not worth the money.

It was indeed below average maintained rooms. Ac was perfectly working fine, bathroom was properly maintained. Bed and pillows spreads are horrible not so maintained clean and to use own bedspread incase you have taken with you. One day for quick visit to temple or if you are looking for short stay, this hotel you can think of.

They have check-in at only 8pm and check out at 8pm next day, and moreover they don't provide drinking water in the room, you may cross verify the same.

Blanket also not provided and after requesting many times single blanket provided for each room. No internet & just showing room having landline. After long discussion they have provided single blanket for 4 persons and this basic requirements and no internet, telephone service also just showing purpose

I was a solo traveller. This property is close to murugan temple. Room was good for bachelor. Little unclean. Ac and heater were too good. Easy to locate and we can view sea from the room.

One of the worst experience. Full on ants in the bed. No cleaned toilets. Service is so bad where they wouldn't respond. Intercom not working. Every-time had to walk down to reception to seek any service
