The location of the property is fairly close to public transportation. Now coming to the cleanliness of the room. The rooms were tidy and clean, but the bathrooms need to me more clean.

Lot of ants in the room, no hot water at shower. Bath towels was not good, no breakfast facility. Room was spacious and a/c was good. Reception area no a/c and was not appealing

Excellent ambience. Polite staff. Air conditioning parking all amenities good. For comfy stay in tiruvalla i would always prefer this hotel.

The place is good, easy to locate nearby bus stand and railway station. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is helpful. Didn't have food there though. I don't think the restaurant was much functional, but you have many eateries nearby. All in all a good place

I found it really difficult to stay due to the really stinky smell all around the room. There's not even a room freshener to quick heal. Instead of room freshener they used hand liquid sanitizer to sprinkle all around the room. Which shocked me. With great difficulty from 11:45 to 8am stayed in the hotel. While leaving i found that dirty/ stinky smell coming from the floor mat which was occupied by half of the room.

Great room. No cons to say. Nice staffs, clean rooms, ample parking, all other facilities provided, location was great in middle of city, rooms are extra large, toilet is very good and large,
