We had an exceptional stay at your hotel on November 2nd. As first-time visitors, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms. Good and comfortable stay. Room is neat and clean. Two kilometres to railway station and less than 100 metres to transport bus stand. In the middle of the city and food is also good.

Good stay for family with low budget. I stayed there for 2 days and am a satisfied with their facility. It was neat and dust free. Service and restaurant facility was also good. Suggested for families.

Good experience at the reception, they handed over the rooms very quickly. There was no room service on the second day. No room cleaning, no water bottles, towels didn’t change. So it was ok stay and not worth for the price. Thanks

The room and service was excellent and it’s in the town itself. Bathroom too was excellent. They have an executive bar, a restaurant and kfc, spa and other business centres

It was a nice stay there. But the restaurant service was lil bit disappointing. I ordered a coffee but they haven't responded. I waited there for 1hr for a coffee but response in vain

Room is nice, bathroom clean, modern with single lever faucets and hot water all thru the day. Good staff, centrally located. Downsides the hotel is in a mall with parking always full. And crowded at all times

Service was pretty bad. Room with stale smell. Bed sheets and towels provided with also the same stale smell. Eateries provided with overrated. Bad service

The hotel is centrally located. Unfortunately, the entrance is not visible from the road and neither were there any signboards to tell us. I had to ask people how to reach reception. The room i was given was tiny but clean. The breakfast was only average. The hot water tap was so tight that it required a lot of effort to open it.
