It's a pathetic hotel. Even lacking basic services. No power back up. No intercom. No water in rap and flush. No working tv. No tea coffee arrangement. Torn mattresses and very poor services.

Everything was wrong. There was power cut and generator. Had booked a room for 3- no extra bedding was provided. No hot water for bathing. It lacked even basic amenities

It's a local lodge and very old. There is no staff for room service, in room no bath towel, water, soap anything. It's a complete cheating property is old one no maintenance, no water in bathroom and very dirty like public toilet

Horrible experience.Hotel is not like what we saw in the pictures.Not cleaned rooms, no wifi, no hotwater etc... didn't provide towels soap etc..rooms having full of dust... No cooling for AC, smelly bathrooms 🤮 staffs says that "hotel runs by oyo so they don't have any responsibility if you don't want to stay they go and complaint in oyo" like that... Horrible experience I have ever experienced in my entire life...

The property is very old and needing repairs. When we went for check in the receptionist had no clue that such booking was there. On top of that the receptionist told there will be no wifi, tv, hot water in room which was not what was mentioned at time of booking. The room was not cleaned properly, full cigarette smell, the walls were discoloured. Overall cleanliness was also bad.

Very very poor, the room is weird, full of dust, cockroaches, there is no neatness, in toilet there is no towel, no flush, and the curtains are fully damaged, even there is no waste basket, please dont make people fool shame on you makemytrip to provide customers to this rype of hotels

not even a proper charging port and the bedroom and bathroom were very poor. There is a big difference between the room in the photo and this one. I charged my phone in the port connected to the tv.

The room was not clean. They didnt provide drinking water or toilteries. They also given bad bedsheet &blanket. The blanket full of holes & dust.
