I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hyatt hotel in trivandrum, and i must say, it was an outstanding experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided exceptional service, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel's amenities and rooms were impeccable, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend the hyatt trivandrum to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.

Nice business stay

It was a wonderful check in experience, with almost 5 minutes of checkin procedure and a welcome drink was in my hand, as if they knew i was thirsty from my flight. The room was pre-cooled, and spacious. Good business stay. They even found a personal item which i had left in the room, and returned it back to me.

Immaculate hotel with scrumptious food and offers pleasant stay

The property is located in prime location and have easy access to other parts of the city. The food is excellent and just like home-cooked. We enjoyed everything in our stay except the heavily chlorinated water. Even in the drinking water provided, i felt the smell of chlorine. Other than that, the stay was really good and marvellous.

The property is located inside city. So it is having good connectivity with road and rail and air transport. Hotel rooms are very well maintained and hygienic. Hotel staff is very well trained. Food quality is very good.
