Bathroom lock not working. Front door lock not strong enough. No dustbin or toothpaste provided. Staff is friendly. Ample parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Overall fine stay.

This has been our go to stay while visiting the office. One of the best and affordable stays in the middle of phase 1 and phase 3. The staff's are polite and good.

1) cleanliness is very good. 2) provided 1 litre mineral water bottle every day. 3) free wifi provided. 4) car parking area is ok. 5) sufficient plug points provided. 6) wall shelf available. 7) there's no room boy. 8) no hot water facility in room, if asked they will provide electric kettle. I don't know how far it will be useful. It's difficult to approach the reception every time for this. 9) board, address not provided outside the building. 10) no restaurant available. 11) price is little high. 12) only one chair was provided in the double room. They provided extra chair on our request. 13) no facility available for car washing 14) no tv provided.

We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Support staff members are also very corporative. It’s a budget friendly hotel having all the amenities at a walking distance.

Nilastay - emirates is approx 2 km from infosys and next to techopark. Ac rooms are good, tv facility is there, bathrooms are ok. Location is the key aspect. 6-7 cars we can park. Manager and security is helpful. Not a huge 5 star like facility, just what is needed at a proximity with needed amneties

Me along with my friend had come down to attend an event at us t campus. I had booked the room around 3pm. On reaching the security was very welcoming. Location of the property is good. Silent place. Restaurants and other services are at walkable distance
