It was really a good hotel, the rooms were neat and tidy, the bathroom was fine. It would have been better if the hotel allowed the food delivery people to deliver the food directly to the room. At times the hotel workers would bring them up instead, at times i had to go down myself. Other than this, rest everything else was good.

Room is ok. Clean and neat. Washroom is clean. But old fittings, washbasin is very small, not able to use.

I think i booked here 2times through makemy trip and 2times direct check in. Last checkin they didn't inform about there checkout time i thought it was from the time i checked in to the next day. And they tell me to pay additional payment for each hours. In this check in (booked for 2 days)they give 1 complementory water (500ml. Next day i asked 1 and they told me to pay if need water. Other hotels and residencies will daily give and update complementory. Feel so bad. This is very disappointing. Please remove these kind of from makemytrip. *kind of residency

It was very much okay with the amount paid, but it could be maintained well. They mention free breakfast but no such thing is available at the hotel. Immediate support is done by the team whenever asked No Iron box, No Hair dryer 🥲 Not great ventilation on the right side of the rooms of the ground floor. The AC light is very bright and disturbs the sleep.
