Room was not good. It is not a hotel but a flat. Tap was not working. Wifi is not provided. Tv is not dine. No wardrobe hanger. Location wise, it is nice.

check in and check out was hassle free, the room needed some maintenance, overall it was good for this price range and location is opposite to lulu mall

Even after confirming the booking when i reached there they told that hotel has been overbooked and hence no rooms will be allotted for us. Why can't they close their booking if the rooms are not vac-cant

Very bad experience, that we are about to wait more than one hour in the reception counter. They said it was because of server down, but they must be create a back up facility if server down occurs. Tv is also not working properly highly unfortunate

Unhygienic, damaged rooms. Very dirty atmosphere. Unable to open windows as there is dangerous poisonous wasps outside.

Nothing is good to me

Location is not convenient, no food at the hotel, only zomato is there, so many times power faults, generators back up takes time, telephones not working properly, need to change the battery of the ac remote control after informing them, service is slow, there is no nearby shop or locality, except the lulu mall around 1. 5 that too opposite side

The person at the counter confirmed our booking , but demanded an additional sum of Rs.1825- for allotting the 7 seven rooms. According to him, it is through only they are accepting the bookings with a minimum amount per day and if has taken any booking with lesser amount it is not binding on them. As we had limited options at that time we paid the additional amount of Rs.1825, only to find that the rooms are untidy with poor toilet fittings, leaking taps etc.
