We stayed for 2 days on a trip to TVM. Excellent hotel, staff is very friendly. Front desk is very helpful. Special thanks to Hari Krishna. Locality is good and very accessible to everything . The temple is around 2 kms. Definitely recommend 👍 Note: Kids above 5 years will be charged for extra for breakfast though they are included in booking.

I had a comfortable 1 night stay, quality hotel. Rooms are renovated, spacious and well maintained. Staff were quite responsive and friendly. Recommended to stay.

I have stayed at terrace hotel @ thiruvananthapuram from october 6 to13, 2024; having booked 2 superior ac rooms. They have allowed us late check in and early check out on prior intimation. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean and have been furnished as per contemporary taste. They have been equipped with a small fridge, writing desk, bedside table, a sofa, centre table and a huge wall almirah. Bathroom was impeccably clean, too. On our request they have arranged for airport shuttle, and the driver recommend by them was polite, courteous and drove us well. We have utilized his service for local sightseeing and our visit to kanyakumari as well. The good name of the driver is suji. On our request they have delivered packed dinner to our rooms when we checked in at 11. 30pm. Only negative point is limited options of complementary breakfast menu and non availability of any mutton dish throughout our stay.

The stay was pleasant. Food options were very limited for vegetarians. Parking space is less. The facilities were good, but not enough for a 4 star hotel.

The location is very convenient, but quiet. Rooms very clean and well appointed, and staff polite and attentive. The restaurant serves excellent food that is reasonably priced. Restaurant service is really good.

The cleanliness was good. The reception folks were pretty helpful in accommodating our requests. Overall a good place to stay for the price point.
