Very bad room, no service at all, rude manager. 50₹ is more than enough for this room. room is very different.

We have booked for 3 person they instead provided single room. Later after arguing they provided us the room with 3 beds by charging extra. And they said only cash is accepted even all the qr codes and all up i transactions are available. We felt like its a scam.

Rooms were smelled and not cleaned. Cigarette ashes were under the bed. In mid night heavy smoke entered the room due to mattress stuff light a fire.

Pictures of the stay are not accurate. Pictures are different and the rooms are different. No car parking available. No hot water facilities.

I recently visited Tiruvannamalai with my two kids and stayed at Udupi Brindhavan Lodge. Let me start with the positives: the location is excellent, approx a 300-meter walk to the Rajagopuram, which made temple visits very convenient. The lodge is connected to a Udupi restaurant that offers a wide variety of South Indian food. As a South Indian traveling with kids, I was happy with the food quality. Although I'm not sure if they offer room service, we dined at the restaurant, except for breakfast, which we brought to the room ourselves. The lodge has good parking facilities, but the main road can get blocked by two-wheelers and street vendors, making it difficult for four-wheelers. However, there’s an alternate route from the back, though it’s not visible on maps. As for the room quality, I booked a standard AC room. Unfortunately, the geyser didn’t work, which was disappointing, especially since I had kids with me. However, the staff promptly provided two buckets of hot water for them. The property is old, so cleanliness isn’t up to modern standards—especially the washrooms, which felt outdated and not very clean. Despite these issues, I found the stay at Udupi Brindhavan Lodge acceptable overall.

very small rooms,there is no hygiene and full mosquitoes 🦟. pillows are not good and they didn't bedsheets.wash rooms maintenance is very poor

Hotel is located at gully with full of uncontrolled traffic i experienced bad with car parking worst experience with car parking, no room maintenance ac was not proper

The pros is very near to temple, restaurant available and food, restaurant staff service was good. The cons is - very poor maintenance on hygiene and cleanliness in room and toilet. We can't able to use the chairs for sitting because lot of dust on chairs. Cup boards also full of dust. We taken non air conditioned room. Moreover, i understand this room was converted ac to non ac. No aeration, room smell also not going out.

Reasonably good rooms which is affordable and walkable distance to temple and markets. Good food available with in the property at reasonable price.

The hotel is not at all clean and will managed. It has coackroaches all over plus leaking pipes, tv not functional. Aside, the entire hotel needs lots of repairs and cleaning a very old property. The hotel management needs to be informed. I tried speaking to the owner and letting him know but my feedback was not well received.

The rooms were not cleaned properly and there was no wash basin. The bathrooms were not clean. Also there was no clip to keep soap. Overall ok for one day stay but not for more than one day

Budgetary non ac room with lack of regular amenities like soap, towel and mosquito nets, it is better to book an ac room instead of a non-ac room in this lodge. But the hotel food associated with it is too good. Needs to improve non ac rooms.

Udupi's stay at tiruvannamalai was good, the rooms are clean and a little small, but it's value for the money, the helpful staff and lift facility is available, the good thing is it is 300 meters from arunachalam temple, near to indra lingam where you start your giripradakshanam, you will find udipi hotel on ground floor, food is excluded in this stay, my overall experience in stay was good, need to change the electricity switches as the building is old, and indian style toilet with no hot water facility.

Location is near to temple but very poor accessibility to the hotel entrance. Secondly parking space is very much congested. Cleanliness is below par, no basic amenities like wash basic, hot water for bathing and many more. Atmosphere is not for couples/ family. It only suit for bachelor stay.
