Hotel location is good near to railway station and bus stand. Room was small but fine for single person. Staff is helpful, you will get coffee from besides.

My stay started with me finding a used towel on my bed on arrival. On complaining, a fresh towel was sent but i saw that the person bringing it was wiping his face with it. So i ignored the clogged washbasin, the ' queen' size bed being smaller and the mattress that gave me a sore back. Overall, i was never so happy to check out a hotel. The only savings grace is the location.

Property looks very good while booking but to be frank literally it was not same in real stay and no huygen at all. Food also not available at hotel which is very important to any guest. Price is also quite high.

Receptionist was so friendly and had a good attitude both at the night and day bathroom need to be upgraded especially the door patch work was not done properly i hardly stayed for a night my experience was good

No satisfied parking area, small rooms but neat no table and chairs, one month before we booked two rooms for family, they reserved room at two stairs.

Aura residency, trichur is a centrally located hotel. We had a good stay. Very good vegetarian restaurants are near by. Temples are near by.

Room prices were overpriced; if we go directly to the hotel, we want to pay only 1650 rupees; i was cheated because i booked through make my trip; they charged 3500, which is really annoying; mm t is really looting their customers.

Aura is located in a prime location in thrissur, which is near to thrissur round and also railway station is 10 mins away.

Location is in the main city centre. We had multiple food options in walkable. Excellent hospitality. They did never expected any tips also after room service. Staff behaviour is good. Overall much satisfied.

Very close to vadakunatha temple and paramelkkavu. Bharath restaurant is adjacent to the hotel. Rooms are near and clean and our stay was very comfortable.

Stayed as family in ac rooms at aura. Situated very close to thrissur circle and on main road so it is easier to locate. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Not many staff to handle luggage and we had to carry our luggage via the lift. This is one area for improvement. Room has enough space and 1 table to keep items. Bed and linen was also clean and so was the bathroom. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel so we had to go out for coffee early in the morning. Safe for family but main road gets crowded due to traffic throughout the day.

No support, rude behavior by staff

The rooms are decent, the location of the hotel is great. But the staff behavior was very poor. The staff were rude and not providing even basic support. I had booked room for my 10 year old son whom i could book as a child. I asked them for an extra pillow, because. There were only two pillows in the room. They refused and told me that they will not provide anything extra. According to him, i had to mark the 10 year old as an adult to get an extra pillow! i was willing to pay, but the staff (night staff) was rude and refused outright! worst experience

Room was ok. There was spider web in bathroom which was removed by housekeeping. You have to keep water running from tap for minimum 15 minutes for hot water. Very near to temple so we could walk as well. No food facility in hotel but you plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was ok stay in terms of budget hotel for pilgrimage purpose.

The hotel room was clean. But the bed sheet cloth was an ok type. Toilet was very clean and tidy. But the set top box was not work properly. Signal quality was not good. Reception staff's was very friendly. Overall an ok type room for one day stay.
