Very convenient, clean room. Absolutely courteous and proactive staff. Quick response from any department. Need oriented service, especially house keeping under ms. Roopasri. Had great experience at restaurant and enjoyed ‘in room dining’ too.

The hyatt thrissur is the one and only place to stay when in thrissur. It is conveniently located and offers good rooms. They also provide good dinners and elaborate breakfast buffet. We always prefer to stay at the hyatt, which has become our stay-to-place in thrissur.

worst experience… never visiting again

Our stay at Hyatt Thrissur was a poor and pathetic experience.. the staff was good but the services and facilities were very bad.. buffet dinner was very expensive with limited options.. individual food was costly but the taste was average. Food taste poor , drinking was smell chlorine and very difficult to drink and when complained they changed to pure water.. in room the bed was so hard and we had back pain after waking up.. the toiletries were very very small only one conditioner shampoo and they provide soap only like a 2 star level hotel.. the brand name of Hyatt is spoiled by this hotel no 7 star facilities.. the room was full of dust.. no enough shampoo or soap to take a bath.. plz don’t waste your money by staying here nothings good in this hotel..

My stay at the hyatt regency in thrissur was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i entered the hotel, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and i was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with modern amenities that catered to both comfort and convenience. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's dining options were diverse and offered a delightful culinary experience. Whether it was the local kerala cuisine or international dishes, each meal was prepared with care and expertise. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, featuring a wide array of delicious options to suit every palate. In terms of facilities, the hyatt regency thrissur excelled.
