The rooms were good. Room service was poor, reception receivers did not understand the requirement properly, late in delivering the orders. Complementary breakfast was not up to. Restaurant service is not like a resort

Best resort to stay for holidaying. The swimming pool water is very good to chill, though the resort is near beach. We stayed in studio villa and we have total privacy was there and enjoyed time staffs are very good, rooms were very clean and neat with welcoming drinks. Which was a good experiance. Over all service is excellant. I will refer to all my family and friends

We changed 3rooms 1st day - there was no rooms which we booked they gave us studio room 2nd day - heater was not working in the room which we shifted 3rd day - ac leakage toiletry - no soaps, shampoo & towels no wifi no vehicle ride over all we need to call receptionist 100times for asking anything. Very bad experience need refund

*worst hotel experience ever - avoid lazo atlantis at all costs!** if you're looking for a nightmare of a getaway, look no further than lazo atlantis. this so-called "resort" is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. i had the misfortune of spending a long weekend here with my family, booking five rooms in what turned out to be the worst decision of our lives. **rooms and check-in:** after a grueling 7-hour journey, we arrived expecting to unwind, but instead, we were greeted with chaos. not a single room was ready. the rooms were filthy, lacking even basic necessities like fresh towels and toiletries. we had to wait a full hour before getting access to the rooms, which were still in deplorable condition. alexandra, the so-called manager, was absolutely useless—his only contribution was yelling at his staff, adding to the disarray. **restaurant service:** the hotel’s restaurant is an overpriced joke. we ordered tea, thinking it would be a simple task, but were forced to wait for an hour only to be told they were out of milk. how a restaurant runs out of something as basic as milk is beyond me. this level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially when they're charging premium prices. **power outages and poor maintenance:** throughout our stay, we experienced frequent power outages, and each time, i had to repeatedly call the reception to get it fixed. the rooms were never cleaned properly, despite multiple requests, and we were never provided with fresh towels or toiletries. it’s as if basic hygiene is a foreign concept to them. **false advertising:** the hotel is 40km away from pondicherry, not even close to the location they advertise. their claims of having a private beach are outright lies, and none of the activities they boast about were operational during our stay. the swimming pool was a disgusting sight—damaged and poorly maintained, it was more of a health hazard than a place to relax. **food quality:** the food served here is downright abysmal. calling it "below average" is being generous. it’s clear they have no idea how to run a kitchen, much less a hotel. in summary, lazo atlantis is a disaster from top to bottom. the location, service, facilities, and management are all abysmal. do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. there are far better options in the area that won’t leave you feeling ripped off and frustrated. this place should be shut down for the good of all travelers.

The property is a bit far from the main city, the report is nice and well maintained, service is good. Food inside the resort is expensive so i suggest you try food from the city.

it was a wonderful experience in atlantis and the swimming pool was awesome and all the adventure sports were fantastic.we completely enjoyed the stay thank you lazo team.staffs were very courteous 👌

Had an experience in laze atlantis. Good ambience. Food was delicious. Activities are available at resort. Huge resort you can spend good time in the resort. Near to pondy.

Visited with family. Took a very very long time to checkin. Later allocated a room which didn't have power and relocated to another room which also didn't have any power, whole family waiting outside the room till the support staff rectify it taking their own time. Also again power went of around 0230 am to 0345 hrs only for few rooms including ours. Swimming pool not maintained, all changing rooms were locked. Restaurant staff though provided good hospitality food was not upto mark. Using scannable reviews, these guys escape from the reality. Not recommended for persons visiting with family.
