Rooms are big, near to bus stand, good car parking but maintenance is poor, bath room drains chocked, balcony blocked as renovation going on, chairs with lots of dirty brown marks, tv remote operation need patience. Need lot of improvement.

i am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. while the reception area had a pleasant atmosphere, the rest of the experience was far from satisfactory. 1. room condition: the room had a very unpleasant smell, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. restroom hygiene: the bath mat appeared unwashed, and the restroom was not properly maintained. 3. air conditioning: the ac remote was not functional, which added to the inconvenience. 4. delayed preparation: despite checking in, it took over half an hour to set up the room, and even then, it was not adequately prepared. overall, the stay had a negative vibe, making it impossible to stay overnight. we opted for a day checkout instead. considering the condition and experience, we believe a fair amount for the room, given the circumstances. we request you to kindly review this feedback and adjust the billing accordingly. we hope these concerns are addressed to improve future guest experiences.

The hotel is suitably located. As is near to railway station. Both the rooms 303 and 308 were not clean and bath rooms are not maintained properly and not clean. Bath room doors are not functioning properly. In 308 we felt suffocated as if inhaling smoke and not properly ventilated. Other wise our stay was good.

Smells so bad. Food isn’t available after 11 pm. Flush is not working. Wifi isn’t give you good network. Ac are too old sometimes they work well either you need to put on fan on top up of this i had book super deluxe room. They did not provide slippers in the room so you have to carry your own i didn’t read reviews before booking it hence m writing this review.

I have been staying every year for the last 23 years in this hotel but since last 3 visits i have noticed the maintenance of hotel is deteriorating. The hotel bathrooms are pathetic and needs immediate renovations. Even the furniture are same old need to change. Lifts are not cleaned. Staff is good, food at woodland hotel is superb. Femina mall needs to be upgraded

1st tink washroom not clean and not proper maintaining all electrical switches are not good (all switch come out side) washroom lights also not working.

Location excellent, morning buffet very good, restaurant ordinary, some bathroom materials are old need replacement, other amenities are good, service excellent.

Positives : - the room provided was spacious, neat and clean - courteous staff - food was good (not wow) - good parking space negatives : - towels provided were too old & torn - bathroom fitting are too old / rusted and needs replacement - door closer of the room and bathroom had gone bad & need replacement

The towels were old and stained. The sofas were dirty. No housekeeping services complimentary breakfast was the worst. I took 2 deluxe rooms. One room i checked out as per their policy. For the second room just for additional 2 hours i was charged exorbitantly. We had my granddaughter aged 4 years with us but no consideration the hotel was far from full and they could have allowed us to stay free for the additional 2 hours i would not come back in future and i would not recommend for otherd

Night check out check in 15-08-2024 night 10. 00pm check out 16-08 -2024 night 10. 00 pm they asked to pay 3 days tariff. Which i am not accepting room outside pigeon waste which is not good for health.

It's centrally located and easily accessible. Coming to hospitality and concierge service it is very disappointing. Had a bad experience with the washrooms. . . Health faucet not working, toinlet tissues are damp. On complaining we were given a different room again another set of issues awaited in the wash room. The food was average. Overall do not recommend this to anyone looking for good service and hospitality.

The room looks spacious but not clean, including bed, restroom. No foot mat placed. Main door repair. Restroom door no lock. Very poor maintenance. Poor service. Breakfast alone was satisfying.
