Property in bad condition and poor staff

It seems that the person who made the hotel did put in lot of efforts and then forgot the property or did not get the right person to run the same. No proper management or upkeep. Also the staff not good.

Cant trust with booking, they will cancel without notice

Dont get carried away by reviews and price. Seems to be run by a un professional team. I was travel-ling with family and booked it in advance. They stopped picking up call, as they got offline booking. Denied checkin, gave different reasons to me and mm t team. Better to spend 1-2k extra and go into a place that won’t spoil your holiday.

Rooms doesn't have proper ventilation. Room walls are soaked and room has dump smell which makes the stay uncomfortable. Other than this breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Staff were polite.

Good resturant and good stay with prompt service and smooth checkin, has good parking and is on the main road opposite to bus stand, easy to reach no hassle, multiple food options available, ac works fine, washrooms are clean and wide

It was a very good approach and a nice place to stay with family value for money, especially breakfast and dinner are very nice

Checkin was not smooth. The receptionist told us that there is no booking in our name and only non ac rooms are available. After some time he allotted two rooms. In that room the ac was not working properly. The photos shown are very old photos. We paid for two nights for two rooms which we felt was not worth. Only good thing was breakfast for which i'm giving 2 star

Location is in center of city & easily approachable. Excellent car parking facility. Staff are courteous and helpful. Food is good. Rooms well maintained. Overall good experience

Mm t charged rs 4095, rather the hotel also charged extra for the same 4guests. They are telling their rules is extra for child's than 2adults. Iam very disappointed

Very bad experience, towel is not even fit to use as door mat. A/c was not at all working. Finally agreed to change the room.

Rooms were clean and okay. House keeping is very average. Room service they have few choices. Morning breakfast is with few spreads and not even fresh dosa they serve. Not worth for the money.

Hotel location is good but property needs to be updated. We had issues with the ac. If you book through make-my trip, they expect you to pay for every service immediately and don't charge it to the room. The receptionist apparently gave a weird response to the restaurant guy that people who book on app will vacate just like that and they don't have control on collecting the money at the time of check out. No other hotel does this and i did not like it. We also cannot get cold water. We had to buy from restaurant and that also came after 3 hours. They definitely need to improve on all these.

Stay was good with my family, and about location is close to central bus stand, in house restaurant was good but receptionist lady was too rude demanded extra person charge for my child which is already booked with mm t while checking out, otherwise it's good hotel to stay with family

Location is great food is good and enough varieties amenities are very bad especially electrical points, lighting, ac control, shower control needs maintainence and replacement. Services like airport drop, wifi and internet, printout are zero.
