The location is very convenient for the travellers. The rooms, wash rooms and food (buffet) were not satisfactory, was feeling very conjusted in the dining square.

Disappointing experience. The staff's indifference was noticeable, and at times, their behavior felt exploitative. The breakfast food quality was mediocre at best. The property appears dated, with multiple maintenance issues. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory.

The facilities are old. The room service & house keeping very delay. The wifi is very weak. Even in lobby. Its very important for foreign guest like us. Bcz we don't have local number to contact anyone. They still and to improve

The hotel is old, furnitures are old. But cost is high. Bathroom is old fashioned. You cannot adjust the shower. Hot water control is not good. But location is great. Srm could make is more better

In washroom taps were not working properly, one has to struggle while opening or closing room. Switches are not in proper position, tv is too small as compared to room rate. During breakfast bread om-elate and tea served separately after repeated request

I would say it was just okay! rooms are clean but it felt like very basic for a 4 star hotel. I bed sheets looked clean, but i also noticed few stains.

The room was pretty decent, but nothing great. The complimentary breakfast was also decent but some of the foods were not refilled even after requesting as well. No baggage porter was available.
