Amenities are good, but geyser not working properly hot water major issue i'm not happy with bathing time automatically hot water will comes to cold water in rainy season its to cool.

Spaces room with neat and clean. Interior need to be improved. Staff was very humble and very supportive. Hotel is located near tirunelveli railway station.

First of all the property is located at the heart of the city, walkable distance from railway station and busstand. A very good parking area avoiding valet parking and every time you park you need not wait rooms are spacious well maintained good house keeping and room service in a nutshell the stay was very comfortable

Location is good. Ample car parking facility. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. No hustle in checkin checkout process. Room size is good. Bathrooms need revamp and holds older fashion. Overall it's a good place for a quick stay.

Hotel is located near the periyar bus stand. Rooms can be better. I got an upgrade to the superior room but it did not look like one

Booked with breakfast for 3 days and i check in on day 2 early mrng, on day 3 they saying breakfast is not included. This is the 1st tym am hearing and tv in the room is really worst! “pls dint book here” waste of money
