Hotel was flooded due to rains and the staff did not bother to inform us in the night that water is rising and hotel was flooded.

No hot water in the bath. The switches for lights, fan and ac are not elderly friendly. The room door lock is poorly designed.

Room was very old and not maintained. One of the person got stuck in bathroom and had to break the room lock to open. Even after multiple such occurrence they are not correcting it.

Housekeeping is not good. No complementary breakfast. Towel on bath room not neat. For senior citizens, better provide room ground or first floor. Rate is higher.

The room was not up to the standard. The toilet door was enlarged and could not be closed. The ac does not have enough features and only manual adjustment. The intercom was not functioning properly. The time comes but could be connect to the other end. 10 digit numbers were given, but it was ascertained there is no room service between 10 pm and 6 am, even for coffee. House keeping requests made orally were not acceded to. However, the room was clean and neat. The rooms can be refurbished. No need for any discount. Increasing of the standard of hotel may be advised

Very good hotel, good staff, regular cleaning, changed bad sheet, pillow covers very sincerely. Staff are very sincere. But north indian food is not available in this hotel. Rooms are very high-tech. Lightening system in rooms is very attractive.

The room is spacious. Ac remote not available. Cleaning was not up to the expectation. Calling bell was not working during our stay. Door closure is not there.
